[Businessmtg] Chair Statement

Morning, all, 

A couple of statements to clear up some apparent communications
problems: 

1) ASP's Business Meeting follows its agenda. Discussion of items not
one the agenda or items on the agenda but not yet begun by the Chair are
out of order. Some patience is required because we're in an on-line
forum, not f2f. The Trusted Servant Reports have the current floor.
Questions for the trusted servants are appropriate at this time. Other
topics are not. Our first agenda topic will begin tomorrow, Friday. 

2) Just like in our recovery meetings, using "Reply All" to address
emails to the Business Meeting is absolutely unacceptable. Everyone -
use only "businessmtg at asp-afg.org" to address email to this business
forum. Only in this way can you be assured that you will be heard in a
timely fashion.
