[Businessmtg] Response to being called out of order

On June 24th, the List Administrator stated the agenda to be:

“Agenda:
  ~ Welcome and Opening
  ~ Trusted Servant Reports
  ~* Old Business - Critical Vacant Service Positions *
   - CALL TO SERVICE: ASP Secretary
   - CALL TO SERVICE: ASP Treasurer
  ~ New Business
    - KBDM discussion of ASP's prior ASP service requirements for a)
Greeters and b) Topic Chairpersons”

In the last 2-3 BMs we have discussed the elected positions that were
critical to be filled.  The LA stated, “We now seem to be in a position
where we must
either lower our guidelines or fail to be self-supporting in service.
Either has grave risks for ASP's future and thus the recovery so many of
us find here."

I do not mean any disrespect, but I am confused that we had been having a
conversation about the Secretary and Treasurer positions and now that has
changed to the greeters and chairs. (These appear to also be important
conversations).

It appears to be on the Agenda sent to all of ASP, yet it is absent from
the Agenda sent just to the BM.  When was the appropriate time to ask my
question about this change?
