Hello to all Business Meeting members and Steering Committee,

This needs to be brought to everyone's attention and there is no need for a
vote or discussion because we are an Al-Anon meeting and we were approved
to use CAL in our meetings.

First:
Where is our Letter of Permission to Quote CAL for 2019?
I only see 2018 on our website.

Second:
The daily chairs are quoting a whole page or more than one paragraph.
AFG only allows up to One paragraph in quotes with the correct Citing.

"Online members may quote limited excerpts from Al-Anon Conference Approved
Literature, hereafter referred to as CAL, provided that, the excerpts does
not exceed one paragraph in length, per individual, per meeting. Members
may quote less than one paragraph; however, the excerpts from several
paragraphs cannot be linked to create the equivalent of a paragraph."
   (see second paragraph of the letter.)

Third:
I do not see any of the Chair people Citing correctly.
This is the cite we must use.
This is on page 2 of the letter.

These requirements must be adhered to or we may lose being allowed to use
CAL.
If we cannot use CAL, then I feel this is not an Al-Anon meeting.

All members of Al-Anon in an online meeting, when quoting CAL must use this
cite.
