Legal requirements

Can what was written about CAL shares be sent to all the chairs?

(I.e the proper way to do a CAL and foot note)

As someone who is chairing, I have this now in my files:
 " [Name of publication], page ____, copyright ____, Al-Anon Family
Group Headquarters, Inc., Limited use by express written permission of
Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters, Inc.   "
so thank you so much for that.

Just a side note, I was told I could use Kindle Edition, which has the most
updated edition , especially for the concepts of service. It is very
difficult to find literature on the Concepts, so
I rely on the Kindle edition at times. It is also very difficult to find
updated editions where I live and shipping to where I live is astounding.

I was told to simple state it as  :

If this is incorrect, I will do my best to adjust as I can.

I believe our chairs and those who want to serve are eager to learn and do
the best job they can. I think some of the mistakes cited are simply due to
lack of information/knowledge possibly not seeing an email.

My experience is that most people in here are trying to heal and do the
best they can. I believe we should avoid  authoritarian verbiage, when
giving feedback to anyone on any service topic. That is my ESH . I know as
a person growing up with alcoholism and having it my life daily, I get high
anxiety when I see  demanding verbiage that threatens something being taken
away in a group/outreach program that is a soft, safe place to land simply
because I made a mistake.
