[Businessmtg] Filling Service Positions

Hi All,

Jerry, have you thought of bringing up this topic (in header) for
discussion in one of our future CMA meeting with WSO?  I am sure ASP isn't
the only OL email group that has occasional problems filling service
positions.

It's my experience in OL especially that to have people volunteer for
service positions, it is important that they witness and become acquainted
with the work done (sharing with others what we have) and how service
people are treated.  It is also my experience that 'leadership' be gently
and lovingly done as an example - no hard and fast "rules" that cannot be
discussed or possibly changed so that all may participate at their level of
experience.
