Good Morning Friends,

 

Here are the monthly subscription activity/numbers for 2019:  

 

January 2019: 226 new members subscribed

February 2019: 169 new members subscribed

March 2019: 226 new members subscribed

April 2019: 264 new members subscribed.

 

Status of Greeter recruitment:

 

On April 30th, 3 of our greeters were scheduled to rotate out of their
positions.  I began recruiting new volunteers in early April.  I sent out 3
requests to the recovery meeting across that month.  I got less than a dozen
email responses and less than that showing interest in the position.  At the
end of the month, we were successful in recruiting one new greeter.  Thanks
to Mary A. for volunteering!  

 

We are grateful to Mary A for stepping forward.  She is willing to take on
more of the responsibility of this position than is outlined in the Greeter
instructions until we can fill the other two positions.

We are also grateful to Kim and Eileen who have tirelessly worked as
greeters for the full year they signed up for.  They have agreed to stay on
temporarily until we can fill the positions as well.  We are also grateful
to Amber who fulfilled her commitment and stepped on down on April 30th.

 

With all that said, I will continue to reach out to the recovery meeting
with recruitment emails.  Feedback from the business meeting on approaches
to that outreach and the recruitment effort is appreciated.
