Thanks for the reports and thanks Jerry for the in depth explanation of
what is needed and why it's so important to the health of this online group.

What if the call to service had some more of the specifics you outlined for
us in this business meeting. This is a large group (ASP) and maybe it might
take a more strongly worded email to ASP as a whole, to explain the
implications of what would happen if these service positions are left
unfilled  or remain understaffed.
