Ok so I have debated whether to send out an email again bc I feel like I'm
over sharing or I might offend someone.
But then I looked at the facts and purpose of BM and realized I was  was
sitting in FEAR so i turned it into a "Faced everything and Recovered"
instead. This is a BM not an ASP meeting meeting and the point is to get it
all out in the open , compromise and make suggestions and come up with
solutions. . Also, following the concept 5 "the rights of appeal and
petition protect minorities and insure that they be heard "
Even If my opinion is a minority,  it's my responsibility to share
irregardless.

Regarding Items to be discussed during may -

- BM unwillingness to fill service positions
- ASP members not stepping up to inquire about BM secretary and Treasurer
vacancies.

Recently beverly/sandee  shared that she was reluctant to serve bc of back
stabbing and manipulating behavior in PAST BM meetings.
She also mentioned that there was a large control factor at hand.

Now, obviously people email back and forth within ASP and within BM
..one/one, bc we all have access to each others emails once we start a
share or respond.

My question is..if there is a perception that BM and positions within BM
are in an unhealthy environment, people may he reluctant to step up and
serve bc of this perception?

What can we do to change this perception and how do we go about this?
