Thank you Jerry, but I'm sure what to make of what you said in your report.
You said we gain members every month. How many members did we gain?  How
many members leave? You said about half have difficulty unsubscribing and
require assistance. Why do they require assistance? Is it really difficult
to unsubscribe? You also said there continues to be a sizable volume of
topic and personal shares addressed using a Reply All function each day.
What does a sizeable number mean? If this includes seasoned members, are
they repeat offenders Trying to get a better understanding of the scope of
the problems so I can be better informed.
