Hello Business Meeting People!

I think creation of a web page for Business Meeting topics is a positive action.

When I served on the Steering Committee, I felt totally ineffective.  Suggested topics seemed to
disappear into thin air as soon as they were presented.  I really had no clue what my function was
on the Committee, and instead of asking and clarifying, I admit I just drifted and waited to see what
was presented.  As it turned out, nothing really was presented to the Committee itself, although I learned
too late that we actually were expected to do "something."

Keeping current with specific topics as they are presented,  will be easier to determine who suggested
what, when, and the point of view that brought the matter up for discussion.  With the choice to discuss
or not discuss, there will at least be a record that it was not ignored.

Whether or not ASP members choose to view the page, it would be there - open for all to see.  This does make me wonder if they would be able to ask a question of "someone" (who) regarding a topic, or would they have to attend
the regular Business Meeting to learn what is going on.

Lastly, I should know the answer to this question, but if I did, I've forgotten - are the Business Meeting minutes posted in a timely manner for any/all ASP members to read if they choose?
