[Businessmtg] Redefining LA roles

Hello everyone,
I am relatively new to ASP. But I like the idea that several have suggested of having a shared email account that would allow multiple people to assist the LA in their role. One thing I noticed when I read the descriptions of each role on the ASP website that Anne O. sent out (thanks!) is that the Secretary, Greeter Chairperson and Webmaster are all listed as alternative LAs. Those might be the natural positions to take the strain off the LA? As long as that then didn’t make those positions more than what people sign up for.
Also an aside on people replying all. Which I have to confess I did at the beginning of this business meeting even though I did read the business meeting email. Sigh. Sorry Steve! :) What about adding a reminder not to reply all to the daily chair emails that are sent each day? Maybe at the very beginning or somewhere near the end - wherever you think it would be read the most. Maybe that would catch people who don’t read the welcome emails? Since presumably everyone reads those?
