Hi all, Perhaps i am out of turn here but i believe, as far as WSO is concerned, the only "requirement or qualification" to hold a service position is "willingness to serve"... that is the resume. That being said. I am forever grateful for everyone willing to serve. It is not an easy task, and usually underappreciated. Many hugs to you all. Lisa
