Hi all. Thank you all.

Perhaps the LA time commitment of 3 years is the problem.  How long is the
commitment for the Greeters?

Perhaps if the LA time commitment were 6 months or 1 year it would:
...allow for the job to stay in one operators hands which may be the best
way to keep the job consistent.
....allow for more service opportunities by rotating through the position
more often...

Just a thought. I defer to Steve's expertise as to if the LA job lends
itself to being run by committee or if it's better to be a one stop
shop...just shorter duration...
