I just wanted to thank Steve for that clarification because it demonstrates
the reason we have careful defined service positions (job descriptions). It
also reminded me the reason my Area updated its job descriptions and
procedures manual every three years to reflect the current way we handle
things. We function better when we're all on the same page.
Thanks again Steve for taking the time to clarify all of that.
