I am in agreement with the recommendations for a sort of List committee to
share the responsibilities and knowledge of List Administration. My
experience in service has been only in F2F groups, so I am just learning
the processes here. One thing that I think is pertinent is to have clear
job descriptions for the committee members. I connect this with
the"carefully defined service authority" portion of Concept 10.
