Greetings fellow business meeting participants.

I have read through the material provided.  It is a lot of information to process at one time.

What I have been able to glean from the flyers and messages about our new status as an official Al-Anon Family Group is this:

  1.  ASP needs to elect a GR, relying on the description for the position in the latest Al-Anon Alateen Service Manual, as soon as possible.
  2.  ASP needs to commit available financial resources to covering the elected GR's expenses.
  3.  ASP needs to commit to financially support the newly established Virtual Area as we are able.

If I am misunderstanding something, please let me know.  If my abbreviated outline is correct, then I am in favor of proceeding as quickly as possible with these actions.

Looking at the Service Structure Report, the changes seem reasonable and indicate that the Steering Committee has given careful consideration to their recommendations.   I am in favor of moving forward with the updates as soon as possible.
