Hi,

Thank you Steve for a very thorough update.  I have to say there's an awful
lot here.  All I can say is I'm in favor of keeping it simple and adding a
GR position to the Steering Committee, whose responsibilities mirror what's
in the Service Manual.  I'm also used to groups electing their GR via the
business meeting: someone volunteers, everyone says yay, thank you very
much and elects that person.
