[Businessmtg] ASP Business Meeting: Reactivate Website Announcement Board

Hi ASPers,

Thanks to all of you who have responded to the topic about reactivating the
website announcement board. Your input is appreciated and important.

ASP business meetings use the same decision-making process as the World
Service Office (WSO) of Al-Anon. This decision-making process is known
as Knowledge
Based Decision Making (KBDM). KBDM uses a blend of open discussion on a
single topic or issue to reach a point where the key parts of the issue
have been agreed upon by a *substantial majority* of the participants.
Basically, that means that we need a large number of business
meeting participants to provide input on any given subject that is being
discussed before we can move forward to the next phase of
decision-making. If you'd like to read more about KBDM please follow

So far the discussion response to the topic of reactivating the website
announcement board has a strong trending towards reactivating. If you have
not provided a response to how you feel about this topic, we encourage you
to provide input. The March business meeting is open today and tomorrow.
