Thank you Steve for the information and Mary for clarifying a bit re: the
reasons for creating a recording secretary position.

I do have one concern about merging the webmaster position into the
secretary position.  As I read the job description for the secretary, it
currently doesn't sound the like the secretary needs to be particularly
website-savvy whereas of course that is an expectation for the webmaster.
Might that make it more difficult to find people to take the secretary
position if a website-savvy role is added to that job?
