[Businessmtg] Motion 4 question

I've read over the proposed changes to motion 4.  First, I want to be sure
I understand correctly.  Then I have two questions.

It looks to me like the Steering Committee wants to eliminate two
positions:  OLA-IS Rep and Webmaster.  They want to add three positions:
Group Representative and two Founders.  Is this correct?

Question #1 -- Is Recording Secretary a new service position that is not
included on the Steering Committee?

Question #2 -- Please elaborate on the reasoning behind the adding the
Founders positions at this point in time.
