[Businessmtg] ASP May Business Meeting: Announcement Board

Thank you Mary and SC members. I appreciate various inputs given by other
members of Business meeting on Motion 4 discussion and the clarification
given on it by Steve. It was a learning and interesting  experience to me.

The proposal to revitalize the Information Board which includes the below
mentioned notices/contents, sounds quite good to me too as all the
information is vital.

Just would like to know, since as per SC's opinion it is going to be
cumbersome job for only one person as a Secretary, is there any provision
to have Alt. Secretary on email groups too like f2f meetings, so this job
can be done together ?
