Hi folks,

Alright, the week scheduled for Staff Reports, questions and comments is
over.  I will note that while not exactly a part of the reports, there were
a notable number of comments regarding the Treasury and the distribution of
funds in excess of the Prudent Reserve.  I'll note that there appeared to be
a majority of members that felt the Treasurer should delay distributing
excess funds until we have resolved the Group Rep issue and our obligation
to support the new Area.

We will now move onto the next topic. 

Please do not ask any other questions or make any more comments regarding
the Staff Reports.
