I want to share a similar experience that was just shared here. I also wonder what the protocol is for harassment, bullying, and predatory behavior. I had a situation with a member a few months back that started out with gossip, breaks of anonymity, and I went to a close Al - Anon friend who instructed me to write a member of the steering committee. I did so and nothing was done. It resulted in me having to get a protection plan on my phone to block this member and they would write me after nearly every share, harassing me, until I finally stopped sharing all together for a bit. I still don’t feel comfortable sharing anything too deep, especially requesting ESH. If this was a f2f meeting would we allow a member to do this?
