Hi all. Thank you for your service and conscientious discussion.

Congratulations Alison and Anna.

Apologies, I have looked through the emails and do not see an actual amount
we have in our account.

So I will make my suggestions based on my assumption that we have $1000.00.

Another idea...we can send WSO a small amount to contribute support for
changes they may need to make in the coming year learning to include
virtual groups.

Can I make a suggestion that we send 10% or $100.00.  And that is it for
now?

Based on Jerry's thoughts about % to each level of service, can I make a
motion that we earmark 10% for each level, (Area, District, WSO).

We can send WSO quarterly... we can hold Area and District until those are
formed.

We hold it aside, don't include it in our prudent reserve, when they are
announced,  we are prepared with 'start up' funds for them.

If they never form...the funds go back into our prudent reserve for
reallocation at that time.

Just my thoughts.
