 I think that this statement in an email from Steve makes sense, "that no
funds be disbursed to any Al-Anon entity until such time as the prudent
reserve & disbursement of excess funds issues have been resolved by group
conscience." Adjustments to the PR seem overdue and there are unknowns in
regards to future expenses. Holding off seems wise.
