Good morning,

    I agree and support the SC and go along with the recommendations.
    1.      The position of Web Master to be eliminated.
     2.      The Secretary shall be responsible for the duties of the Web
Master,
namely the maintenance,  updating and posting of voting polls on the ASP
website.
    3.      That the Secretary may appoint an assistant, known as the
Recording
Secretary.

a.      The Recording Secretary shall assist the Secretary as requested,
particularly with the maintenance of the ASP website.
b.      The Recording Secretary is a 1-year service position.
c.      A year's service as Recording Secretary counts as qualifying service
for serving as an Officer on the Steering Committee.
