I realize I am probably too late to comment on this, which is fine with me. I am actually several days behind, and that is all on me. This is only my second business meeting and I am still getting a feel for it. In the case of Motion #4, I got overwhelmed, but then emails would clarify it before I could ask, and back and forth. In the end, I knew I would be busy and decided to trust the group. But knowing that participation is critical, I will try and be more involved in future discussions.  Thanks to all who contributed to this matter.
