Thank you Steve for all your time and efforts!  You have done a great job.
I am not a legal professional, however, in reading the by-laws, I believe
you have covered all the bases.   I can't think of any questions at this
time.

This has been a long time coming, thank you for following through!

I agree with the by-laws as presented and support the decision to
incorporate.
