[Businessmtg] Bylaws Consensus

Hi ASPers,

It appears to me that after having updated the draft bylaws with the changes
agreed upon through this evening that we have reached a consensus on the
bylaws for ASP's incorporation.  

With that, it is time to ask for a motion and second from the floor to
accept the bylaws as written and located at
