Hi ASPers,

I have incorporated two sets of suggested changes in the draft bylaws:

1.	The change requested by Anne K. from 67% majority to 2/3s majority
in Article IV, Section 6.A. Majority Action as Membership Action.
2.	The changes requested by Mary to simplify the descriptions of
financial report requirements listed in Article XI, Section 3.A. Accounting
Review Procedure.
3.	I also fixed an issue with duplicate Section numbering in Article
IV.

I believe that addresses all of the changes that we have agreed upon.

Instead of posting the draft bylaws on the original ASP website on my
server, I have posted the draft bylaws on the ASP website.  This should
address any long-term issues regarding the legitimate location of the bylaws
in the future.  You may find the updated bylaws at:
