[Businessmtg] Incorporation Speed

Biz-Pals,

It's been 11-1/2 years since we passed the motion to incorporate. For a multitude of reasons we haven't fulfilled the requirements of that Group Conscience.

Suddenly it's become a rush project to be accomplished in quickstep. In order for this body to form an informed Group Conscience on the By-Laws currently presented I believe additional time is required for consideration, deliberation, and response.

I don't process information as quickly as I once could and so request that we extend our timeframe for input.
