[Businessmtg] Possible amendment for the current motion

Hi Anne K,
I see your point here and in a perfect world, yes, I believe naming the
position or simply saying "a member of the steering committee as appointed
by the steering committee will prepare and file incorporation documents to
the State of Washington" would have been more appropriate for Motion 10.
However...
We can't change Motion 10 here in this meeting and which takes precedence?
Motion 10 or this current motion? Having conflicting motions on the same
topic doesn't seem prudent to me. If Steve doesn't wake up in the morning,
I trust that the steering committee has set up a contingency plan. Which
I'd like to know about -- Steve, do you have time or can you point me
somewhere for that info? If there is not one, then I'm still not worried
because I'm sure the committee is capable of adapting or coming up with one
soon.
So in my opinion, although it would be ideal to change the wording, I don't
think it's necessary and we can move to a vote.
Hugs,
Tammy
