Hi all,

I had asked for this agenda item, and exactly as Lynne says my hope was to
explore the challenges that keep these positions open - feedback from
current and past holders of the positions. Next, brainstorming ideas to
lessen those challenges and ways to encourage volunteers to step up. IDK if
others asked about this too.

I admit I have nothing to add to the discussion as I don't know what
previous/current position holders struggle with, or why some have resigned
early. It seems to me it's a  lot to expect of our SC to continue filling
these roles indefinitely.
