Thank you everyone for your shares and of course a special thank you to all
our trusted servants.  The importance of rotation is very important and a
part of our traditions.  In my experience with service, it is like pulling
teeth to get people interested in service.  Usually a few tend to do the
bulk of the work.  I too agree that whomever has bravely agreed to do
service that they use their own intelligence, intuition and step work to
make their own decisions and especially if there are circumstances that
require stepping in, as long as it does not affect the group or Al-Anon as
a whole.
