[Businessmtg] Prudent Reserves

Hello all,
I found the archives from November where we last discussed this subject and
did a quick review for myself. It seems that we had three issues:

A) It sounds like there was a mistake made to the prudent reserve where a
donation was sent to the WSO that resulted in our Prudent Reserve going
into the negative by a couple hundred dollars.

Questions:

   1. Is this still the case? Are we still negative?
   2. What is our current reserve amount supposed to be?

B) The dynamics of our group has changed with being officially Al-Anon and
included in a new Area. It was suspected that our costs would be
significantly increased. Not to mention that it hasn't been updated in a
while, so costs have increased in general as well.

Questions:

   1. Do we have enough information to determine or at least estimate our
   new expenses?
   2. What are those expenses?
   3. What does the treasurer suggest for a sufficient new prudent reserve
   amount?

C) Once this is established then we need to determine what percentages will
be donated in excess of the prudent reserve. Some suggestions were tossed
around, the most common being the 60/30/10 split.
