Thanks Tammy for the summary of the November discussion!
I have the same questions about what our current reserve is, what expenses do we think our GR will have, what other expenses do we anticipate because of the new Area, and what do we think our new prudent reserve should be?
In terms of how we donate funds above our prudent reserve, I would be in favor of 90% to the Area and 10% to WSO, to be changed to the 60/30/10 split of District/Area/WSO only if a district is created.
Hugs,
Lynne
