I apologize for the slow response, but I’ve been on the road for the last 8 days or so and my time available for ASP business has been extremely limited.

 

Yes, you missed that group conscience by a few years.  It’s been a long time coming for a variety of reasons that I addressed in a recent Business Meeting.  Rather than my trying to write the story about our decision to incorporate, I’ll refer you to the archives of the business meeting.  The gist of it is to solve logistic and admin problems with our finances.

Could you update us on the history of our group's incorporation?  I seem to
have missed the beginning of that process.  I don't know what incorporation
means for our group and why we need it.
