[Businessmtg] prudent reserve and donations

Thank you Anne for all your work on the finances!

I agree with raising the prudent reserve to $1633 and for keeping the 
prudent reserve to one year's funds for now.

I also agree with the Jerry's suggestion to revise the motion about the 
PR to remove the $ figure and just leave it as one years costs.

And I also agree with Missy's suggestion of how to donate our funds over 
the PR of 60% to district (if and when operational), 30% to Area (when 
they have their bank account set up) and 10% to WSO. However, in 
practical terms since we don't know when or if there will be a district, 
I would be in favor of donating 90% to the Area and 10% to WSO as soon 
as the Area bank accounts are set up. It was discussed in the last 
business meeting that any excess funds the Area has would be donated to 
the WSO (correct??), but this would give the new Area resources as they 
set up. And we could always revisit this % donation in the future.
