Thanks, Steve, for guiding us to the district question.  I noticed that, in
Area meetings, that translation has been an issue.  It isn't acceptable to
me that any group would be excluded from full participation because they
can't understand what's being said.

It probably wouldn't be practical to organize districts strictly by
language, but I think it should be an important consideration.  I think
this new Area gives us an important opportunity to explore a more
world-centric way to help families and friends of alcoholics... regardless
of their language.
