I originally suggested Saturday also because I understood that to be the closing of our weekly meeting.  Since it is used as a part of closing in other groups that I attend, that was what made sense to me.   Although I understand that wherever we put it, some may never read it, I'd still like to see it as part of our official meeting scripts, so anywhere will be fine.
