I did a little research.  The title as listed in the Al-Anon.org store links to the title on various commercial providers.  I just sent myself a copy through this link.  It was easy and instant.  The provider I used stated that the links could not be redeemed outside the U.S.  I had a choice of sending a single link to an individual email address or sending multiple links to myself to then distribute.  I was able to change the name of sender, so it did not show my personal bookstore account.  Not sure exactly how the other vendors work but I'm assuming it is similar.   The process will need some tweaking for group use, but I don't believe it will be difficult.
