[Businessmtg] Newcomer packets

Good afternoon,

    As a very new Greeter Chair,  I have already witnessed newcomers who
join one day and 2-3 days later leave the meeting.  Based on this
information and information provided by Steve which was evidence that not
all Newcomers read what we send them.
   It is my opinion  that it would be best if we offered a link to the
official website where they can make a small purchase of $1.40 on their
own, therefore, eliminating the additional pressure on any one of the
volunteers, especially, the Treasurer.

    I personally would have valued from having the option available to me
when I was a newcomer to either receive the EPacket/Booklet or purchase it.
   I would like to see the availability as an option for newcomers.

    I agree with Krissy that more research is still needed.
