[Businessmtg] Newcomer page on the Al-Anon site

Hi all,

Putting this out there again. In addition to a link to the newcomer
packets, this is another link that could go in the newcomer email. No
purchases required, it goes to the WSO Newcomer page, It provides some good
information and overview with links that go to other parts of the site.

I am leaning towards not distributing electronic packets to newcomers.
Seems too complicated. Physical packets I'm on the fence. I'd like the
Steering Committee to review further and bring it up again at the next
business meeting. Since we have fellows willing to serve and finance, maybe
we should give it a try?

FYI, I just looked up what is in the newcomer packet - its 8 pieces of
literature. I'm abbreviating: Info for the Newcomer, Just for Today
bookmark, sponsorship bookmark, So you love an alcoholic, What do YOU do
about A's drinking?, Understanding ourselves, Alanon spoken her, Alateen
info.
