[Businessmtg] Greeter Chair position

Good morning!

I think that Jens ideas are wonderful.

It’s hard to get people to participate in the same way for a few reasons.
I think limited participation online is partially because we are not in
person to hold each other accountable. For many this is the only meeting
they can get to and it can still be isolating.

I know it wasn’t in the rules, but I found introducing ourselves and where
we lived helpful. I think it encouraged people to reach out to each other.

I think I’m addition to those posts maybe ones on sponsorship to help
people reach out and then be confident to participate.
