I sometimes cringe when I see those long emails come about, however, they
are so often filled with valuable information and a perspective that I have
not considered.  So, I thank Steve for your input and Jerry as well.



I may not be new to Al-Anon, but I am new to the SC and I appreciate ESH
when it comes to matters that involve ASP as a whole.  I have a lot to
learn. I obviously did not have enough information to make an informed
decision. And I will have to learn to ask more questions and the right ones
as we go forward.   All I could see is that the burden of covering all the
SC positions had fallen upon the Founders.



Steve and Jerry both made a lot of valid points, along with providing the
reasons why he came to the conclusions that they did.    That is important
information and makes sense.



I was not aware that the process of recruiting and vetting was an option or
consideration as I was not available at the last business meeting.  I now
more fully  understand and agree with the stance of the current 1 yr
requirement.
