[Businessmtg] Business - Quarterly Meetings

Hi Business Friends,
I see no problem with changing the business meetings to quarterly.  As
'just' an attendee they seem to roll around very quickly, so I can imagine
the work involved for the service positions.

Unfortunately, the only stability is mainly from the officers and committee
members.  The business attendees fluctuate and I think that's one reason it
takes so long to accomplish any changes.  It seems that a lot of time is
spent in bringing new participants up to date and of course they have
questions that likely were answered previously - and those who asked
previously don't appear again.  I don't have an answer to this dilemma as
it occurs in my f2f also - we agreed to discuss an issue for 3 meetings
them bring to a vote, but the same people don't attend the business
meetings for 3 meetings to it's explain, explain again and explain one more
time.  That's the nature of the beast I guess.

I digressed as usual - I believe meeting quarterly would provide some
relief for the volunteers doing the work, and will not affect the meeting
participants or the meeting as a whole and therefore I am in favor of the
change.
