Hi Linda,
Thanks for your comments about changing to quarterly meetings.  
OTOH, I have to disagree with your comment about the ONLY stability is
mainly from the Steering Committee members.  While the members of the
Steering Committee do attend 100% of our Business Meetings, we have 8 other
members that have attended every Business Meeting this year, 1 member that
has missed only 1 business meeting, 2 that have missed only 2 out of 6.
Looking at those that have attended 3 meetings, or half of the 6 or less, I
see 1 member that attended 3, eight that attended 2 and 6 that have only
attended one business meeting this year.
So, while the attendance is certainly less than ideal, and does contribute
to a lack of continuity and understanding of ASP, I'd prefer to commend the
8 members that have attended every business meeting this year - that is over
half of the number of members that have attended any Business Meetings this
year.  I'll also give a hearty thank you the 3 members that missed only one
or two meetings during the year.   In other words, 11 out of 30 have
attended a large majority of our Business Meetings.
