[Businessmtg] acting Secretary's report

Hello again,

The three areas the Secretary works on are: chairing the BM, website 
maintenance, and daily chair oversight. Here is a report on all three 
areas.

1. As you will have noticed, we don't have any agenda items for this 
business meeting, apart from the trusted servant reports and 
announcements this week. The Steering Committee would like to make sure 
that everyone is aware of how to suggest an agenda item. It is very 
simple - you just need to email one of the Steering Committee members or 
the steering committee as a whole at steering_committee at asp-afg.org with 
your suggestion.

The two recent agenda items are on hold as Natasha has not been at the 
last couple BMs and our rule is that if someone requests an agenda item, 
that person has to attend the BM and introduce the reason for that 
discussion. And we passed motion 25 recently and the SC decided to give 
the other agenda item a rest as there was not a lot of consensus on that 
the last time we discussed in the BM. So both of those will be moved to 
the archived agenda items.

2. Website maintenance has been very straightforward. We have a 
wonderful Recording Secretary, Betsy, who updates the website and she 
continues to do a great job.

3. The daily chairs are doing a fantastic job and I haven't really had 
to do anything other than touch in with them.
