Hey y’all, trying to catch up here. Just wanted to add that when I stepped in as GR of my F2F I started with group inventories to see where we were. The only issue was, 3 people stayed besides me. Regardless, many good things came from it. 

I have found both in these rooms or any place else I am involved, the 80/20 rule has become the 95/5 rule.
