Thanks Kathleen for asking all of these questions!

1) The GEA is the Global Electronic Area  - it is the only Area for all 
electronic meetings worldwide. It looks like the GEA does not have a 
website, but I found this that does have background.

2) Motion 22 is one of the group consciences of ASP listed here:

It updated ASP's service structure.

3) Motion 10 and 23 deal with ASP's incorporation in Washington State. 
So the address of the legal entity of ASP is Steve's home address in WA.

4) This is a great topic for discussion, which I will leave to the group 
to discuss.

5)This week is solely for discussing the current topic. However, you can 
suggest this as an agenda item for a future business meeting.
